Current Trend of AICPIN: The current trend of the AICPIN is upwards. In the last three months, the AICPIN has increased by 0.68%, 0.45%, and 0.9%. This means that the prices of goods and services have increased by 1.73% in the last three months. Calculation of DA: The DA is calculated based on the following formula: DA = (AICPIN -100) x 100 For examples, if the AICPIN is 132.7, then the DA would be 32.7%. Expected DA Hike : Based on the current trend of the AICPIN, it is expected that the DA will be revised upwards by 4% in July, 2023.
